Step inside The Gin Library, home to one of the world’s largest gin collections, where more than 2,500 bottles from 80 countries line the shelves. Your masterclass takes place in our hidden speakeasy, Senhor Raposa’s Secret Drinking Den.

During this 90-minute experience, one of our Gin Librarians will guide you through the craft, history, and modern renaissance of gin. You’ll learn what defines a gin, how it is made, and what distinguishes a London Dry from other styles of gin.

You will also explore the principles behind the perfect Gin & Tonic, including balance, garnish, and serve style, followed by a guided tasting of three gins from our Ghosts of The Ocean range, inspired by the flavours of the Azores. Each serve is paired with carefully chosen tonic and garnish combinations to enhance its profile.

Every pour supports marine conservation through a donation to the Ocean Azores Foundation.
