This Japanese-inspired gin has notes of yuzu lemon, lemongrass, and sansho pepper. An interpretation of a true Japanese gin.

Created by Senhor Raposa himself in the 1800s. This is a gin using a unique botanical – tea leaves from Gorreana.
Named after the Portuguese word for whale, Baleia is distilled overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the island of São Miguel.
Inspired by one of the traditional whaling boats made on São Miguel in the Azores. This floral gin has notes of elderflower and citrus.
