Learn the simple principles behind crafting the perfect gin & tonic in this short hosted experience inside The Gin Library.

Guided by one of our Gin Librarians, you’ll discover how balance, garnish, and serve style transform a classic drink into something exceptional. The session includes a short demonstration followed by your own signature gin & tonic, prepared to your preference.

Take time to relax, capture photos and videos, and enjoy one of São Miguel’s most unique locations. Additional gins from the collection are available for €15 per drink.

On fine days, the library doors open onto outdoor seating with views over the green hills and Atlantic Ocean.

Every pour supports marine conservation through a donation to the Ocean Azores Foundation.

Strictly adults only. Children under 16 and babies are not permitted anywhere on site, including outdoor areas.
