Visit Europe’s largest collection of gin here on the island of Sao Miguel, part of the Azores. Taste the local Azorean gins, Ghosts of The Ocean and Rocha Negra as you learn about the history of all things juniper at The Gin Library. If you bring your own bottle of craft gin we will add it to our collection and swap it for a bottle of Ghosts of the Ocean gin.

Ali is the creator of the Ghosts of The Ocean gin range. Inspired by 20 years of travelling, 304 cities and 100 countries. He has tested gins from all corners of the world and in addition to the Ghosts of The Ocean Gin range he has also created “The Perfect Gin & Tonic.”
